  I came in because my car had given me a scare. It cut off while I was driving.😳😵‍💫🧐🤬😳😵‍💫🤬😳🧐🙏. I was able to get my car to Autozone store #244. Nelson helped me. He was very professional and very helpful. He put my car on the diagnostic machine. He asked me to open the hood, looked around and started thinking about things that COULD HAVE caused my problem. We went into the store, looked at the codes. He explained each one. He recommended a temporary fix AND he printed out my trouble sheet of the codes and their meaning. I walked away less frustrated and was able to make it home without further incident. What am I going to do this morning? I'm going to Firestone with the copy of the code readings so that they have a better handle on what happened last night and what NELSON said. Shout-out to NELSON. He greatly helped me in my time of car care scare. Thank you.

  Google says that they check fuses. I literally saw a multimeter near the counter and they told me they don’t do that. Team comes off as incompetent

  Went in for a headlight that was out. They gave me the right one and Nelson helped me install it. These guys are very helpful.
