- MMmichaelMar 5, 20261.0Well the guy that waited on me sold me the fog lite bulbs for my trk. When I returned them, after putting the customers Yukon on the lift, and trying my best to install them, he said oops I gave you the only ones I had on the shelf and assumed they were what that vehicle took. ASSUMED id his exact words. Am I supposed to just assume that the extra $135 in labor charges is gonna be paid by three customer!!! Where do these places find their employees?? I can remember the days when an autoparts store actually had people working there that knew automotive repair. What a waist of my time to expect autozone to actually get even a fog lite correct. I'm just disgusted with the lousy service you get these days. For the prices we pay we shouldn't have to spend our valuable time returning the wrong dam parts, because someone assumed this was the proper part!!!!

Signs of a bad car battery can range from the need for frequent jump starts, slow to start, cranks or clicks but won't start, dash lights work but the vehicle won't start, etc.

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle. In drum brakes, the piston moves two curved shoes lined with friction material against the inside of the brake drum.
