  Arsenio and the staff at Honda Cars of Aiken are the goats. They got me in this wonderful 2026 Honda Civic. Arsenio was well knowledgeable about the Civic. Deshon made sure that everything transitioned nicely. Between Arsenio and Deshon there was never a dull moment with buying this car.

  Had a good experience working with Geri Perano on the purchase of my new Honda. She worked with me via email initially and made a good enough offer to get me in and finish the deal. Geri knows the cars well and understood my personality. Got down to business and didn’t dance around the price. Left satisfied I got a good deal on a new car!

  Don't walk away, run away. Four takeaways # 1 - before applying for credit asked the salesman Ed Mickley that only one credit check would be on my credit report, he asked somebody and confirmed that was the case. If I did not qualify for Honda financing, I did not want the vehicle. On Monday morning when I checked there were 2, I was told by management "everybody does that." Also, his definition of a few more minutes is roughly 2.5 hours FYI. # 2 - The finance director John Perara, is dishonest at best. When finishing I was concerned about the hybrid battery warranty, specifically and asked what the warranty was. He said that the warranty was 3/36. Not true, so either he was selling added warranties while not knowing what the actual warranty was, or he was not truthful in his reply. # 3 - Because above mentioned finance director, did not type my address in correctly. I returned to the scene of the crime and explained my displeasure. On 03/14, Alex Berry asked if there was anything he could do to make it right. I said I wanted 2 years of oil changes, he then pulled his card and on the back wrote "2-yrs complementary Oil-Filter change, with 4 tire rotations and 2 details." Was told those coupons would be e mailed to me, but 18 days later, and 4 texts requests, still not received. I guess they re-negged. # 4 - Was told that I would receive a Honda Satisfaction Survey, but it never came. I am guessing they had it stopped or sent to another e mail address. I have asked for it to be re-sent was told "that is weird", and they appreciate my wanting to give feedback but it cannot be resent (or sent in the first place). Take the drive to another dealership.
