  Literally drove an hour to Honda Cars of Aiken to pay all cash for a vehicle that I have been messaging through text and email to a Fred Jones and Abigail Johnson for 2 days who confirmed it was there, had me set up an appointment, and I arranged for myself, my daughter, and husband to go today. Well I get there and they pulled the illegal “bait and switch” and that vehicle is not there anymore 😡 I said a few choice words and told them they were liars! I hope no one gives them business ever! Starting here with the complaints! Oh and the vehicle is still on the website!!!

  Geri was very sweet and very informative. When all the other sales associates couldn’t help from other dealers. She made sure to do everything she could to help and made sure to stay in contact with me about getting into a new vehicle. I most definitely would recommend her to everyone.   Do not do Business with Honda cars of aiken! They have false advertising just to get you in.They have a advertising of a vehicle but it's already sold! So you better make sure you call first!

  I was in the process of purchasing a vehicle from this dealership and had already been working with my credit union on financing. My credit union was waiting on the dealership to send the required information, and I had spoken with my salesperson approximately 30 minutes prior. Instead of receiving a phone call, I was notified via text that another party had “made an agreement” on the vehicle. When I replied seeking clarification, I received no response and had to contact a manager myself. During that conversation, I was told that because I was not physically present at the dealership, the in-person customer had priority in purchasing the vehicle. This expectation was never communicated to me in advance, even though I was actively pursuing the purchase remotely. At no point was I informed that immediate action was required. I had also made plans to travel a significant distance to pick up the car, which was especially disappointing as I had been searching for this specific vehicle for a long time. Prospective buyers may want to clarify vehicle-hold policies and communication expectations upfront, particularly when purchasing remotely.
