    I showed up early @11:30ish for a scheduled 12:30appt. - Oil change, 12pt insp. + tire rotation. I finally left at 3 pm......that's like 3+hrs I lost in the middle of my day off. Meanwhile, it was Halloween dress-up and party day all throughout the dealership. These are grown adults and a business. Unprofessional and let it distract from customer service.
