Since the inspection required an authorized dealer, Harleigh and her team handled it efficiently. They assisted me through the entire warranty process, ensuring that the manufacturer adhered to the terms of their warranty. It’s worth mentioning that I didn’t purchase these tires from Mavis or have them mounted there, yet they treated me like a loyal customer. As a result, I will definitely be purchasing tires and having them mounted at Mavis in Walterboro.
- APAizen Padilla5 days ago1.0Scheduled an appointment for 1pm, a lady was ahead of me and scheduled a brake check and nothing else, she goes ahead and tells the guy she wants an oil change and he tells her they can do it, after the lady leaves I ask if they’re able to get my oil filter in, the guy said yes it can be delivered in about 10! Mins, it’s already 1:40 at this point, I ask how long my oil change will take he says it’s gonna be an hour til they get to my car. What’s the purpose of making an appointment when people ahead can schedule whatever and get their cars done before the person with an appointment? Doesn’t make sense.
