- VCVenus Carlisle1 day ago2.0I called a week in advance and made an appointment for an alignment on my Corvette tobe repaired on a Saturday. Drove 35 miles one way (70 miles round-trip) to the shop only to find out that their machine is too tall for them to work on my car. The service advisor was kind and offered suggestions for other places I could possibly take me car to, but that whole trip was a failed disappointment. My car is completely stock, so they should have known if would fit or not before wasting my time, fuel and unnecessary wear on my tires. Now I am sitting at a dealership Service Dept. for the car to receive the needed repairs, which is 40 miles in the opposite direction and on a Monday morning. This lack of knowledge has cost me greatly, for what I could have accomplished on a weekend, is now cutting into my time in which I should be at work. I am hopeful that they actually care enough about their customer relationships & reviews and offer me something for my inconvenience and loss of time & money.
