- KPKevin PruettAug 22, 20251.0Not any help this morning. Had a hood fly up and busted the windshield Dented the hood and ripped off one side of the hinge on the hood. They wouldn’t even think about taking the car because they said it was undrivable . The only reason it was undrivable was because you couldn’t see out of the badly shattered windshield that you couldn’t really see out of. Didn’t offer a tow truck to get it to the shop which is the insurance would pay Along with the hood bodywork that needed to be done. Most body shops would call in an Auto glass business. But they insisted we would have to take care of that. Not sure if the job was too small for them or too big for them. Wouldn’t recommend them to anybody
