    Jeremy might have saved my life last Saturday. Rather than doing it myself I stopped at Jeremy's location. He immediately asked what help I needed. Not only did he air up my tire, which is the only thing I wanted, but Jeremy inspected that tire & discovered a NAIL! Lucky for me, Jeremy found a pair of Goodyear tires in stock that fit my car. Had I pumped my own tire I never would have found that nail AND I would have driven over a thousand miles to get home. As a woman on my own, far from home you can imagine how vulnerable I felt. But everything that Jeremy said and did was so professional and considerate that I was 100% comfortable with the purchase of 2 new tires. He really deserves to be recognized for his wonderful treatment of your customers. In addition Kayla who installed the tires is rock star wonderful!

    BEWARE OF EXPRESS OIL & EXPRESS TIRE NEW IN WALTERBORO ‼️‼️‼️‼️ I was over charged for new tires where I had to return on two different occasions due to inventory error on the shops part. When I returned to site for a refund. I Was turned away saying they needed to get manager approval and I would have to come back or receive a check back. I let them know a check was unacceptable and needed to go back on my card or cash refund. I was then called saying I had to return back today to receive my refund as o was already on my way to an appt out of town. I thought I maybe able to make it back in time but my appt ran over and I called and let them know I would have to be there first thing in the morning they said okay. Then they called me and told me they could do it over the phone… and said that they “re did the charges and added charges on” um excuse me!!? You expect me to receive less of a refund because you double charged me and now you want to not give back what was overcharged in the first place!?! Shaddyy business.

    Great service! I stopped in for a quick oil change and was really impressed. The staff was friendly, fast, and professional. I was in and out in no time, and everything went smoothly. Highly recommend!
