She did not explain the different levels of oil changes available and decided on her own I was chosing a higher priced oil change. I asked if there were any coupons online I could use since I didn't want that oil change. She then said "it wasn't her job to tell anyone about coupons" and "that's business, they are there to make money." Fair enough..She then called her supervisor and after a lengthy conversation, he said the best they could do was off $10 off. By that time I found the $25 off coupon on their website. When it was all said and done, the 50% off coupon they refused to use, cost me $2 more, assured I won't go back and I'd write a less than favorable review about their less than professional employee and customer service.
