When I came into Advance, I was immediately greeted by "Tay". Let me just say this...whatever you are paying this man, it isn't enough. Clearly Tay is very, very knowledgeable with vehicle maintenance and repair. He is most definately who you want in an auto parts store. Not only did he solve my problem based on how I described what my car was doing (bad ignition coil), he took the time to explain how to change it out on my Kia Soul. Advance Auto 4 life. The staff was okay but I have a "foreign " car that requires a VTI for installation and was refused service (battery installation) due to the lack of correct information. I wasted time, gas and tears. They need better advertising with the correct information, there is no where on the website nor store front window that advised installation was limited to certain vehicles.... this is truly heartbreaking and frustrating.
