  My auto insurance automatically uses Safelite for windshield replacement, so I did not have a choice. I received many emails and texts from Safelite reminding me of my upcoming appointment, but a technician never arrived. I tried calling this store several times and was routed to the general Safelite customer service. Customer service was also not able to get in touch with anyone at the store or an assigned technician. Terrible customer service. An hour later I finally got a call from the store manager who told me that they did not receive the windshield from the dealer. Safelite could have called me in the morning to tell me that the windshield had not been received, but instead, I had to chase someone down after my appointment window lapsed. I immediately called the dealer, and the parts department confirmed that the windshield was already delivered. The dealer called the Safelite store to confirm delivery. The Safelite store manager called me back and said that they did actually have the windshield, but that I had to reschedule for the next day. The technician arrived the next morning and installed the windshield, but was unable to complete the calibration of the cameras and sensors attached to the windshield due to technical issues. I will have to go to the store to have the calibration completed.

  Shane at Safelite in Taylor’s took our car in to fix the horrible job that was done at a Safelite in Roebuck. Shane was able to actually replace the glass, fix where the other shop messed up horrendously, recalibrate my vehicle properly, and took the time to actually make sure the work done on my vehicle was properly done. We seriously appreciate the effort his crew put in to fix another shops gross negligence and mistakes.

  Painless and super easy. Replaced my windshield and recalibrated my braking and HUD in less than 2 hours, in my driveway! Excellent service and experience.

  Safelite technician (Zamir) was great on communication, punctual, attentive and very professional appearance in person. Did the installation at my residence. Friendly and finished the installation in a timely manner!! I was impressed!! Would definitely recommend Safelite for services and I would ask for Zamir again. Great job!!
