  I came in without an appointment regarding a TPMS warning light on the dash. They were able to get to my vehicle right away. Mavis Tire was able to diagnose 2 dead tire pressure monitoring system sensors on the Ford Edge. They also showed me that the other 2 TPMS sensors were communicating just fine and did not require replacement. The technicians explained what they were doing, and why, all along throughout the service. The vehicle was fixed promptly and I was very satisfied with the service. These are good people.

  This is the only Mavis location I’ve visited where I don’t feel pressured to purchase unnecessary services. At my hometown Mavis in Birmingham, I was told back in August that I needed new rotors, even though I wasn’t experiencing any shaking or other signs of wear, so I chose to wait. When I came to the Taylors location in January for a tire issue, I asked them to check the rotors while the tires were off. They told me they didn’t need immediate attention, which I really appreciated. They’ve consistently been honest and never try to upsell, and as a student, that means a lot. Today, I brought my car in for an oil change expecting that I might finally need new rotors and brakes, and I do. They brought me on the floor and showed me my rotors and break pads, and this level of transparency is what has made me trust this Mavis with my car for as long as I am in the Taylors area. They are also just super nice people, highly recommend.

  Daisy and Lora are amazing ladies! Daisy saw me putting air in my tire at a gas station and came over to ask if she could look at my tire. She immediately found the nail! I came in the next day and they hooked me up! I will definitely be back!

  Money grabbers. If you dont know cars dont go there. My son went for squeaky sound under car. They gave him a quote for around 3k for all repairs. Struts , brakes...etc...said his suspension was bad. He went over to firsstone after power steering pump and some belts his car drives perfect. Spent $800....mavis wanted to rip him off and spend $3k...wouldn't trust them. Firstone is right across from them. Better service and knowledge. Trust !

  I had been experiencing this horrendous noise, taken my car to multiple mechanics and no one was able to figure out why it was squealing. The employees at Mavis did an outstanding job finding the issue with my car that no one else was able to identify. It was also very reasonably priced for the repairs. I would trust them with all of my car maintenance from here on out.
