We called Firestone and Randy said to bring it by in the morning. We got there and Juan immediately got us in. We did not think they were going to get it fixed in time for us to leave. They ordered the part and got us on the road in 3 hours. I was so grateful for Juan and his crew. They worked really hard to get us on the road safely

- RORichard OShieldsOct 22, 20251.0Oil change that led to a check engine light and subsequent car rental fee associated with a trip to a reputable auto shop who diagnosed the problem as the filter being installed incorrectly. Not that it’s related but they also didn’t bother to place cover back over cabin air filter or even put it in correctly. Jiffy lube as a whole normally does a decent job but when you have an issue expect resistance for accountability. Spoke with regional who is a nice enough guy but lacks authority to authorize payment of my incurred fees of $250 after their mistake according to my mechanic. So this is to get the attention of someone who can reimburse me for this unfortunate experience and if they do not it serves as a warning for others. Update to this is I finally got a check covering expenses for my repairs. Unfortunately I’ve lost my faith in this branch due to another experience I had related to an attempted upsell on brakes that were barely worn that I overlooked in the past.
