So I called to ask them if they noticed a leak and if so where b/c I’d like to get it fixed. They said yeah we noticed it and notated that it was leaking a lot. Now, Going back to the day I just grabbed my receipt and left didn’t think anymore about it. It would’ve been nice if they would have told me about the leaks prior to changing the oil instead of just notating on the invoice. I could’ve gotten the issue corrected then. They just put oil in it knowing it was going to leak out. On the invoice it just says that it was lower prior to changing which I thought was normal. Man I miss mom and pop shops that actually cared about the customer and not just the dollar. To make matters worse the guy says “well we topped off your antifreeze!” Like dude you were supposed to (and they charged me extra for it) 3 stars b/c of good price, it does say multiple leaks on the receipt and nice people but sometimes you wish it wasn’t all about the business. But that’s on me I just wish they would have communicated prior to just changing the oil.
