I have been coming to this particular store for about 10 years. I was having a bad day on Saturday Dec 8th. I was already having a bad day when I got a flat tire. Someone stopped and helped me with that. On the way home I was telling my son that we were going to stop and pick up the starter solenoid that I needed cuz I've been having to push start my truck. We stopped, got the solenoid and installed in parking lot. It was not the issue. Went back in to look up a starter. Well turns out the starter was more than I could afford. Thank God for (name?) Alesha. She was able to give me a deep discount so I could get the starter. I was so appreciative, I looked at my son and said "this is why I come here. Never had any issues like other part stores I been to. And see what loyalty got me." My son looked at me and said that after the service we received, he won't go anywhere else for parts. Again. Thank you so much. I would have stuck for a while week without my truck if not for their help.
