  Andrew was such a help when my fiancé and I came to get a new battery! There were complications but he kept on working till he fixed the problem. He was a cheerful worker and knew what he was doing.

  Just had to be sure to commend Stephanie Ortiz for her outstanding customer service and excellent technical skills in helping me diagnose & replace a dead battery in my car today. She was patient, informative, & efficient. She diagnosed the dead battery, confirmed that my battery was within warranty, and completed the swap while making sure that my car was safe to drive overall. 10/10 recommend her work specifically. While she was helping me, however, a man who claimed to be an employee at this location walked over and told me he was off the clock but he wanted to see what was going on with my car and was “interested in asking me some questions” that weren’t about my car. I let him know that I was being helped sufficiently by the current employee. He questioned her work and asked if she needed him to help. I let him know that she was doing a thorough job. He picked up my old battery and said he would carry it away, and then set it back down again. He stood well within arms reach of me and said he wanted to ask me other questions. I told him I wasn’t there for other questions. He then went and stood at a car that was parked directly behind mine and kept watching me the entire time my battery was being fixed. He was moving between a White Explorer XLT and a silver Impala. License plates are documented. If this interaction with this off-the-clock-employee (alleged employee) was my only experience today, I would never return to this location because it was uncomfortable and I was not present today to be asked about anything other than the issue of the dead car battery. Thankfully, Stephanie was such an incredible asset to your location today that I will still return solely because of her good work and professionalism.
