    William and his team were EXTREMELY helpful, particularly with the coupon I couldn't get working. I would have gone elsewhere, had they not accepted it. The oil change is efficient- fast and easy. They even talked me in to a wiper purchase, but, again, only because I had a coupon. I normally decline, regardless, knowing I can get them significantly cheaper at Costco. Please ask the staff to automatically reset the oil reminder to 100%. Every time I come, I have to do it myself when I get home, and it just takes me too much time. Every customer needs this done, yet my mom and husband also say they never do it. It should be part of the checklist! William and his staff are always courteous.
