- EJErika Janitschek1 day ago5.0I came here for an oil change because I found them on Groupon. Ryan, Jessica and the jiffy lube team provided FANTASTIC service and at freaky fast speed too! They were super friendly, welcoming, Accommodating, explanatory and I left with all my needs met for my car. The pricing was also very fair. I live in Charleston but my mom lives here in town so I will definitely be sending and recommending my friends and family to get their car serviced here! Thank you!

THIS IN RETURN CAUSED MY ENGINE LIGHT TO COME ON, MY CAR SHUT OFF MULTIPLE TIMES WHILE DRIVING AND OTHER ISSUES. I GET A DIAGNOSTIC DONE $133 LATER THAT WAS THE ISSUE. I CALLED AND SPOKE WITH THE "NEWLY HIRED" ASM MAKAYLA AND SHE WAS VERY APOLOGETIC INSURING I WOULD RECEIVE A FULL REFUND. I RETURN TO THE LOCATION ONLY TO FIND THE OPPOSITE. A BS EXCUSE AND NO REFUND DUE TO THE MISTAKE THAT WAS CAUSED BY THEM! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I WILL NEVER BE BACK! I URGE ANYONE READING THIS REVIEW TO BEWARE ESPECIALLY IF YOUR A FEMALE! NOT GOING TO MENTION THE $45 REAR WIPER BLADE. I DEFINITELY NEED THE NUMBER TO CORPORATE BECAUSE THIS IS TOTALLY UNEXCEPTIONABLE!!!!!!!!
