  This is the second time Enterprise has let me down. The first time was in Seattle. Now it's happened in Surfside Beach. In Seattle, I had specifically reserved an Economy car because I was planning to do a lot of driving and needed to keep the gas cost low. When I arrived, the agent told me that they only had a very large SUV. Now, in Surfside Beach, I had reserved a convertible. Even though I reserved it a month in advance, and even though I followed the check in procedure they emailed me a day in advance (which listed the convertible I would be getting), when I showed up to the location, they informed me that they didn’t have the convertible. In fact, they went on to say that their location doesn’t even carry convertibles. I am not sure why I was able to choose a convertible if that location didn’t even carry them. And I am not sure why I wasn’t informed that that location didn’t carry convertibles in advance, especially during the check in process the day before. If I had been informed, I would have chosen a different rental car company because I specifically wanted a convertible. It felt like a typical bait and switch moment. I am very disappointed with Enterprise after these 2 situations.

  Surfside Enterprises is the one.the staffs very friendly. I will rent from them again.when call l they didn't say no.yes we have a car.

  The crew at the Myrtle Beach location were absolutely wonderful! From the warm greeting from the handsome gentleman at the counter to the lovely young lady that took me out to my SUV, their energy and they had this operation dialed and with smiles! The car was great, but the people and transaction was the exceptional part 🥰👍🏼

  DO NOT RENT AT THIS LOCATION! They will show inventory available and then call you DAYS LATER just a few hours before you are scheduled to pick up to let you know they DO NOT have the vehicle. Mark and his team actually told me this was a "Courtesy Call" to let me know they don't have the vehicle I reserved two days ago. Why was it on their inventory, if this was the case? Staff was completely unhelpful in rebooking at a nearby Enterprise location claiming "they were on a different system." This is a breach of contract. Terrible experience and they didn't even seem to care. Do not trust this location to deliver.

  I used Enterprise in the Surfside Beach, South Carolina location. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and went out of their way to get me a vehicle that was similar to the one I had been driving. Enterprise pick me up at my house and took me to the office to complete the paperwork. The drop off was super easy because I use Caliber Collision in PAWLEYS Island, SC & Enterprise picked up the car at that location when I picked up my car. The Chrysler Pacifica van that I drove was such a pleasure to drive! It was a 2025 and came equipped with equipment. It may drive in so much easier like USB – C and USB – a port built into the van. I highly recommend Enterprise! They are the best!
