  Trevor at Enterprise in Surfside Beach was a huge help. After my truck was hit a few weeks back, Enterprise got me into a rental right away. The first vehicle was pretty small compared to my Tundra (8 ft bed), but Trevor told me he’d reach out when something bigger became available—and he did. It’s not a truck replacement, but it’s definitely bigger and lets me get back to work much easier. Thanks again, Trevor!

  Surprisingly smooth and easy rental experience I’m really not a fan of rental cars or the whole process, but this Enterprise location was actually a pleasant surprise. The gentleman who helped us was kind, straightforward, and didn’t make anything complicated. We got our rental through insurance, and honestly, between Progressive and Enterprise, this was probably the smoothest rental experience I’ve had. Our deposit came back immediately once we returned the car, and the vehicle itself ran perfectly for all of our back-and-forth travel. The location is a good size, parking is super easy with plenty of spots, and the car was in great shape. My only suggestion: maybe give the cars a quick smell check before renting them out. The one we got definitely had… a strong scent. If we had been pulled over before taking it through the car wash and hitting it with some Odoban, I’m pretty sure an officer would have been searching us for a stash we didn’t have. 😂 Overall though, great experience, great price, and we would absolutely use this location again if we need another rental.
