  Service is no good it took me 2 hrs to get 1 tire and only 1 person was there before me n I got mine tire before he did . The lady a the front desk leaves with a man to get a part 40 minutes after she told us that she was going to get it and this man doesn't work here this people is a joke if I come back it will be the last place I come the guys in the back having a group huddle and been open for a hr

  Had an appointment for 12:00 on 4/25/26 and when I get there they said the air compressor was not working. Then he said who set the appointment told him we spoke to a guy he said oh they may have been from our call center. So why would you not call your call center and let them know then they said you can go to Columbia told them I'm not driving to Columbia. We left and came to BJS I had to pay a more for the tires but I didn't care because I was pissed off. Never again .

  Alright, I had originally posted a 5 star review because Stephen at the front desk had lowered the price when I asked him to go down about 50 or so dollars for a rotation, alignment, front rotors, and front pads replaced. I’m not gonna go into full detail on the original and dropped prices but I waited about two hours for everything to be done. Respectable time but my tire rotation was incomplete. They told me it was finished and it was indeed not. I have major curb rash on a specific wheel and it happened to be in the same location of the vehicle. I also left with my alignment worse than when I came in. The steering wheel is off center and the vehicle veers off to the left. Another thing, my driver side front wheel had a broken valve stem and leaking air which could be coincidence I admit, but it wasn’t broken before I took the vehicle in. My brake pads and rotors came out good, except for the fact they forgot to tighten down the lower bolt on my caliper bracket. But the customer service was friendly and the time of service wasn’t terrible. I just wish that instead of writing on the receipt that I was charged for a tire rotation when it didn’t get complete they could have told me or said they didn’t have time to get it finished and actually tighten down all the bolts. I scheduled an appointment at 3 and left around 5:20, they close at 6. Lastly if they had broken the valve stem or even if they didn’t they could have at least let me know it was broken before I left. Pretty hard to miss a flat tire bleeding air when you take it off to rotate them. I won’t be coming back.

  We called and got a quote $249 out the door. So we sent our son to get the tires for his car. He got there and they upcharged him for alignment. I told him before he went its taken care of, so he did not realize there was an additional charge for the alignment. So I called and left a message for the regional manager. Surprise, never got a call back. Where I come from out the door means that is the price you pay. Be careful going here and get the quote in writing. We also found out the person we talked with. did not even work at location. He was a corporate sales person.

  I purchased new tires for my RV from Tire Kingdom in Florida, which is owned by Mavis Tire. On my way to New England one of my new tires (I thought) started leaking. I contacted Mavis Tire closest to me in Sumpter, SC. Dawn was the Rep I spoke with and she was very pleasant and helpful, "Bring it right up and we'll take of you". Got there and she got a mechanic Aaron right on it. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He found that the leak was because the air filler extention on the rear dual wheel tire had not been tightened on. Even though the tire leaking was not one of the new tires I purchased at Tire Kingdom Florida, Mavis Tire Sumpter, SC didn't charge me for the labor. Great company, great people. I'm buying all my tires from now on from Mavis! John Consigli
