  I took my car to another oil change place (Walmart) and had a problem. They could not get skid plate off to drain oil. I was there for two hours. They then decided to do it manually. However, they could not drain it all. They then after two hour proceeded to tell me they could not change my oil and would fill it back to the level it was. Suggested I take it back to the last place that did my oil change. I did, they took it off with no problem. However, I suddenly developed a oil leak.🤔 I then took it back to Walmart and was told they don't know how it happened. It is important to know that standard practice should be to change your oil plug when you change oil. Walmart does not do that! So, it you develop a leak around your oil plug you will then have to go to another place pay for another oil change to fix the problem . Take plug out oil drains. More money!! Mr.Shane at Oil Express took care of the problem ! Very helpful! Mr. Shane explained things they said the did but, did not. Like they said they put fresh oil back from what they drained. They put same oil back. Even though was not my fault they could not get skid plate off.I am a senior on fixed income! I can't waste any money! Ladies, senior citizens go to express! Mr. Shane is great! A bargain is not a bargain if you are not happy and have other problems..Thank you Mr. Shane for your honesty.

  Went in for an alignment, left with my vehicle surging and shutting off completely anytime I slow down to make a stop. Worse than that, Joe Mitchell, the store manager, wouldn't even let them take a look to see if anything might have been done wrong without charging me for a basic diagnostic. Do with this information what you will, consumers...

  Alex and his team is truly the best! They’re straight forward and hands on when it comes to explaining any car troubles or issues. If you don’t understand cars he explains it sooo clearly that when you leave you have clarity and understanding ! 10 out of 10 highly recommend!

  My automobile required an alignment, I discovered Express after delivering an order to their establishment, I promptly contacted them as soon as they opened this morning, and I spoke to Alex over the phone. He graciously answered all my queries by phone and in person and was extremely patient with me. I was assured that I had the right place when I arrived. Alex was exceptionally responsive, not only was I in for an alignment, but he also conducted a comprehensive inspection of my vehicle. He took the time to identify every component that required attention. I am immensely grateful for the courteous service he provided me. The entire team is also cordial. Alex receives a 5-star rating from me, and Express is equally deserving of a 5-star rating for hiring a highly competent staff who genuinely cares about their clients and is exceptionally attentive to the tasks required. It is regrettable to say, but it is rare to find such sincerity and care in automobile repair establishments. I Thank GOD That HE Led Me To Express On McCrays Mill Road!
