  I stopped by Mavis Tire - Alice Dr today just to use the free air station because all four of my tires were low from the colder weather. Before I could even start, a team member came out and offered to take care of it for me. They promptly filled all four tires, made sure the front and back pressures were set correctly for my vehicle, and were professional, friendly, and efficient. They didn’t have to go the extra mile, but they did — and I truly appreciated it. Great customer service!

  Online appointment system is either not used or is improperly managed. I made an appointment for tire rotation and balance using an available time slot. I arrived 10 minutes early and was told it would be an hour or two before they could get to my vehicle. They only had two technicians and several people already waiting in the lobby. I canceled my appointment and will schedule with another provider.

  The associate form desk just wants to sell tires. I went there to service a tire that was reeally slowly deflating. The lady only asked if I purchased the tires there and measured the threads. She said that the threads were low and she can only recommend to buy a new tire... yet the tires were new.... went to another establishment down 378 and no questions asked but where was the issue... they repaired it ... that lady from mavis office is just loosing business. Badly I didn't catch her name...

  This place truly has some of the most down-to-earth, welcoming people. Ms. Kersin went above and beyond to help me get the most out of my roadside warranty. She was patient, kind, and took the time to answer every single question I had without rushing me. I came in expecting a simple one-tire check, but they thoroughly inspected everything, found the leak, and assisted me with a replacement right away. I also appreciated learning more about the percentage of life left on my brake pads — that kind of transparency and education goes a long way. I didn’t realize Mavis offered so many different services, and it was refreshing to leave feeling informed instead of pressured. If you’re new to the area and looking for honest, helpful service, this is absolutely a place you can trust.

  On Monday, 2/16, I scheduled an ppointment at 11 am for 2/19. Asked and verified that the services would be done by 1 pm so could get to work. Was told yes, at most would take an hour and a half. Arrived at 1050 am. Asked for 2 tires, alignment and oil change. Quoted 501. Asked about what 2 separate workers offered, match prices on tires or buy 3 get 1. Was told they wouldn't stand by the workers' offers. At 1150 am, my car still sat where I parked it. I asked the front end lady about when it would be taken into the garage and started. I explained I had asked about how long it would take. She said the person who scheduled me and quoted that time is in TX and I shouldn't have taken that person's word. Noon, finally pulled into the garage. 30 minutes later, told I have a cross threaded lug, extra charge of 30. I said ok. 15 minutes later, told it can't be done. Left and came to Discount Tires. Should have gone to Discount Tires to begin with.
