  Kersin and Nicholas were great!! Exemplary customer service, the bathrooms were amazingly clean and the guys in the back didn’t take long at all. I will surely refer my family & friends. I will return!!

  I just want to express my gratitude and appreciation of the outstanding customer service at the Mavis of Sumter South Carolina. While visiting family there, I was changing the brake pads on my truck and realized that both rear tires had a lug nut cross threaded when removing my rear tires to replace the brake pads. Once I replaced the brakes pads on my truck. Real realizing that Mavis is the parent company to NTB, I brought my truck to Mavis to have the stud replaced on my two rear wheels. Explaining my situation to the associate, they took my vehicle that day without an appointment, they took my truck that morning. Additionally, they honored the work done by NTB and replaced the damaged studs at know charge. The Customer Service experience is second to none and I truly appreciate the meticulous care to my vehicle. Thank you, Mavis of Sumter!

  I had a great experience with this tire service company from start to finish. The staff was professional, knowledgeable, and very welcoming. They took the time to explain my tire options clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood what was best for my vehicle instead of trying to upsell me. The service was quick and efficient without feeling rushed. My tires were installed properly, balanced well, and my vehicle drove noticeably smoother afterward.   Do not recommend. Had brakes, rotors and rear calipers changed. Brakes weren’t working properly when I left so I went back to see if they could fix it. They told me it was a brake booster issue and that I would need to go somewhere else for that. Went to another place and it turns out Mavis didn’t screw in a bolt correctly and my car was leaking brake fluid. Mavis offered a refund amount that didn’t even cover the cost to fix the issue. The whole service was also very over priced. They don’t do work correctly the first time and when you take it back to be fixed they still don’t identify and fix the issue.

  Last time we were here was very friendly and tech was very knowledgeable. Today we called and the price was $29 more than discount tires quoted us. But because we have a good experience in the past and decided to come here. Went inside and they pulled up the quote and it was $60 more than they quoted us. Then they said the head quarter whoever quoted us lie all the time but this is the price. And I said last time I was here they were right on and they said they were all fired because they were crooked. They have a new manager now. We went to discount tires which the quote was less to begin with. And we had two vehicles and first vehicle was about right at where they quoted us and also replaced wipers blades. The second vehicle was less than they quoted us on the phone. Go to Discount Tire instead of here. They will save you more money.
