We show up at 12 to sign paperwork and pay for the rental, we than waited almost an hour for the car (the point of a reservation is to not wait longer than necessary) . We finally pay and sign (took 3 minutes at most to do that) then get on the road . The car worked fine . We return the car today ON TIME !! They proceeded to tell us we owe them $20 for gas mind you we refilled it to the amount that was in it when we picked it maybe a few miles less but definitely over half a tank !! While we are returning the car we see them immediately put someone else in the car , so I’m confused on why we had to wait an hour when we had a reservation….
