  Safe offered music at a $60 off discount.If I made the appointment online and honored that discount. The service was quick and very well done. Lorenzo was the technician who came out to service my windshield replacement , and even though my car wasn't in the yard when he pulled up , he waited. I had ran to the store to get cigarettes past him on the way to the store and was back in time to see him turning around in my neighbor's yard. He said that he would have waited fifteen minutes and gave me a call if I was not there. Thank you, Lorenzo.You did a wonderful job

  Excellent service from Safelite! The technician (Carl) arrived on time, was very courteous, and did a fantastic job replacing my windshield. He took the time to explain what he was doing and answered all my questions. The installation was quick, clean, and looks flawless. I couldn’t be happier with the experience.

  100% recommend ! Robert did a great job ! He was super cool, very friendly and personable 😉 ! Scheduling was super easy and convenient. We were able to get the windshields replaced on two of our vehicles in the same day ..and on a Saturday morning, which was all very convenient for us ! We have used Safelite several times in the past as well, and are always satisfied with the service we receive. Thanks again Robert !

  I am speaking particularly of this location. I have used safelite before and had no issues. The first issue with this location was I received a phone call and phone messages stating that I needed to put a credit card on file for the service. Ms. Kim shared that I have a service scheduled that cost $850 and it requires a credit card be on file. I shared that when booking I was given the option to pay at the time of service. She said the would make a note and share with the supervisor. The next issue was I specifically chose to come in to the location because I wanted to OEM glass. I confirmed that it was available for the appointment. Upon my arrival confirmed again with Ms. Kim that I was getting OEM glass with the premium package. I was asked to pay for the service in ADVANCE, however the technician placed the AFTERMARKET WINDSHIELD on the vehicle. I was extremely disappointed because I explicitly expressed what service and product I wanted. Manerva (name may be misspelled the manager) and the technician that did the repair was kind and apologetic. They offered to correct it but to do so it would required me coming back for another appointment (2 hours) and have the windshield unsealed and resealed again. They shared that it was ok if I kept the after market windshield because the only difference in the windshields was "the signature on the glass". I shared that I believe it was a little more than that, what about the sensors. The technician stated that my vehicle only had 1 sensor and he confirmed that it worked post install. Again everyone was kind, the facility was clean, and the service was completed within the window promised, but it did not negate the fact that the service did not meet my expectations in ANYWAY because I did not receive the product that I wanted and paid for and was made to think that I had to pay for the service prior to my appointment.

  EDIT*** Called 6 times, no one answers. Went online to the website THEY provided in the response to this review, it makes me call. So still not able to get windshield fixed. I am not sure how this place is still in business. There is no way to contact them, no one answers calls or emails. Technicians don't know what they're doing and now I have issues with the "replacement" that was done that is supposed to be under warranty but I can't get anyone to respond to my emails or answer a phone call.
