  I visited this tire shop for what should have been a simple alignment, but the experience turned into a very frustrating and stressful situation. When I first arrived, I was told that I needed two new tires and was quoted $270. I decided to purchase the tires elsewhere and returned to the shop afterward for the alignment service. At that point, everything seemed fine and my vehicle was taken back to begin the work. While the alignment was in progress, the technician, James, came to get me and asked me to come look at something on my car. When I got there, I was informed that a tie rod had been broken during the process. Instead of taking responsibility and offering a solution, I was told that my car was no longer safe to drive and that I would need to arrange (and pay for) a tow, as well as find my own transportation home. I expressed my concern, as the damage occurred while my vehicle was in their care, and asked how they planned to fix the issue. I also asked to speak with a manager. I was told that the manager was off that day and that they were “not going to bother him on his day off,” which I found extremely unprofessional given the situation. At no point was there any accountability, apology, or effort to resolve the issue in a fair or reasonable way. Being left without a drivable car due to damage that happened during service—and then being told to handle the consequences on my own—is completely unacceptable. This experience showed a serious lack of professionalism, responsibility, and customer care. I would not recommend this shop to anyone.

  Dillon did such a great job with a tire patch I needed with no appointment on a Sunday and got it done e quickly and as friendly as any ever has! Thank so much!

  The crew was very attentive and efficient. I made an appointment over the phone for tire replacement. I Showed up an hour late and they still got me in and out in less than 30 minutes. The price they quoted me was exactly what I paid. I will do business with them again!!!!

  I had a tire going down on a Saturday afternoon. Called two other shops who could not get me in. Called Mavis. They got me in, fixed the tire (nail), got me out in less than an hour!!! Outstanding!! Would recommend them to anyone in the area!

  I had a tire that had a screw which my husband had plugged. After it went flat again, I took it to Mavis to get it professionally plugged, but they told me there was a “ring of death” on the tire (basically that it had been driven flat for too long) and that I would need a new one. Asked to keep the tire, then took the car somewhere else for something unrelated and asked to have the original tire looked at. They quite literally laughed when they heard the ring of death thing and said the tire was completely fine after looking at it. Mavis also told another lady in the lobby at the same time that she had a ring of death on her tire and needed a new one. Interesting that we’d both have the same exact issue. The service was good and quick, the people were nice, but they didn’t bother to reset the tire pressure gauge when they replaced the tire, so I also had to do that myself later. TLDR: service is good, but expect them to be trying to make a quick buck and strongly consider getting your tires serviced elsewhere. I wish I had because I wouldn’t have been out over $100 for a new tire I didn’t really need.
