  I visited this tire shop for what should have been a simple alignment, but the experience turned into a very frustrating and stressful situation. When I first arrived, I was told that I needed two new tires and was quoted $270. I decided to purchase the tires elsewhere and returned to the shop afterward for the alignment service. At that point, everything seemed fine and my vehicle was taken back to begin the work. While the alignment was in progress, the technician, James, came to get me and asked me to come look at something on my car. When I got there, I was informed that a tie rod had been broken during the process. Instead of taking responsibility and offering a solution, I was told that my car was no longer safe to drive and that I would need to arrange (and pay for) a tow, as well as find my own transportation home. I expressed my concern, as the damage occurred while my vehicle was in their care, and asked how they planned to fix the issue. I also asked to speak with a manager. I was told that the manager was off that day and that they were “not going to bother him on his day off,” which I found extremely unprofessional given the situation. At no point was there any accountability, apology, or effort to resolve the issue in a fair or reasonable way. Being left without a drivable car due to damage that happened during service—and then being told to handle the consequences on my own—is completely unacceptable. This experience showed a serious lack of professionalism, responsibility, and customer care. I would not recommend this shop to anyone.

  I ran over a bungee cord last night and my tire would not hold air, and by Sunday afternoon it was completely flat and I was stressing trying to find somewhere open, I called and Mark answered and was so kind and they still fit me in right before closing, they fixed it quick and my car is driving completely normal now, I really appreciated it especially on a Sunday, that honestly helped me out a lot

  Went to Mavis Tires & Brakes off Old Trolley this morning to get my tires checked. Unfortunately for me, I needed a whole new set for my car. Steve was awesome & super accommodating! He called to give me the news & provided a quote. The ONLY problem was they didn’t have *baby* tires for my car and wouldn’t get them in until tomorrow. I explained that I had a family thing at 10am and was worried I wouldn’t be able to pull both things off in one day. In walks Michael, who literally saved the day! He went to GET tires for my car so they could get my car taken care of today! To say I was thrilled is an understatement. I really appreciate these guys for making sure I left there today with new tires! I work in customer service and I just really appreciate these guys going above & beyond for me! Will definitely continue to have all my tire and brake issues handled at this Mavis store. Always excellent customer service every time I’ve been! You can definitely tell they care about the work they do! Thanks guys!

  I dropped in without a scheduled appointment. I had a slow leak in a tire and decided to see if they had time to take a look at it. Steve was able to get me in immediately. Mavis pulled a nail, repaired the tire and balanced the wheel. They also rotated my tires for free while they were at it. I wasn't pressured to pay for any other services. If I ever need help with a tire, or need a new set down the road, Mavis will be my first stop.

  Unfortunately we're been having an ongoing, horrible experience at this location 😔 My husband went Friday to get an alignment on his pickup truck. After driving it around Friday, the truck was still pulling like it never had an alignment done, so he returned to the shop. That's when they discovered an issue with one of the front tires! Why this was not discovered during the initial service is confusing. They assured us to return Sunday. My husband returned Sunday with 4 new tires to get them put on the truck and an alignment. Well, the tires were put on but no alignment because "the guy isn't here." Again, why only one person can do an alignment is confusing. So my husband returned this Monday morning for another try for an alignment, and...."he's not here." I've never encountered such unorganization, poor customer service at a service shop, this is crazy.
