  The good: Carson is insanely awesome at his job. Customer Service Superman fr. Andruw is another awesome crew member that is full of polite regard and smiles. I’ve 2 others there that are also great at their jobs - a slim Caucasian brunette (I describe because I was not able to get her name) and the manager (also couldn’t get his name - Andy maybe?) The customer service here at Tommy’s - the sheer patience level - is something I very much appreciate and enjoy. For just two examples - my account got messed up in the beginning as I used my husband‘s name and was in his truck when I came back with my car and my number it got all confused by me and Carson took the time at the window to untangle it so I could get through the wash and then met me on the other side of the vacuums to further untangle my husband‘s account. He was just so patient and kind. Another thing that happened was I used the molded mat washer for my molded mats and one got stuck. It was freezing that day and so windy and he has spent quite a bit of time getting that undone for me and noticed it wasn’t clean very well so he kept putting it through and getting it unstuck until it was clean and dry. He didn’t have to do that, but he did and I was blown away by his dedication to what was actually a really pain in the butt task. I haven’t experienced this level of skill and cheerful attitudes at Time to Shine as much as at Tommy’s Express in Summerville, and DEFINITELY NOT at Wash Wizard. TL;DR - crew deserves a raise no joke The bad: as another reviewer wrote, there are no products to help you clean the inside of your car. You have to pay for those extra out of machine, dispenses armor, all stuff. There are rags though, which is still something. Honestly, I’ve just decided to keep an interior car cleaning spray bottle in the back of my SUV (I know not everyone will have an option to keep it out of the way) and this may seem like a dealbreaker until you realize how much cheaper these washes are than every other chain, automatic wash and clean company, including Time to Shine and wash, wizard and fins and some other ones. Especially if you are military or a veteran. Anyway, these don’t compare well to other car wash chains overall. Now for the ugly: I don’t like that the first several times not just the first time but the first several times I took either one of my cars through the car wash. They had to go through twice to actually get clean. This is not something I want to have to do all the time as I’m using a automatic car wash out of pure convenience. It’s obvious that I need to do it quickly and I don’t have time to stop every time at the office and talk to someone about how my car isn’t clean and I need to go back through. This shouldn’t happen because other car washes don’t need you to go through twice to get basic cleanliness done on your car and wheels. Also, I have the ultimate package which is supposed to shine up my rims and tires and put a gloss on my tires. Yes this is a first world problem, but I do pay for it and my tires were completely not shiny or clean at all. I had to talk to the employees about this one too, and I don’t like to feel like a Karen by constantly going to talk to them about stuff that isn’t right. I want My convenience. I am paying for to be a convenience not a pain in the butt - for me or for the employees. TL;DR: the actual cleaning service provided by this car wash needs to be tweaked and improved, The service marketed and advertised is actually what you should get when you pay the price- the first time, not doing it several times over, and not after bothering the employees to get them to improve it.

  Definitely probably one of the better car washes around. Plus is newly built! They have all sorts of wash options to fit your budget too.
