Took it in for a second time and they kept it for a week just to tell me it was the battery. Idk much about cars but I know enough to know that when a car won’t start, the first thing you check is the battery. So why did I spend $850 on a starter valve when the battery was the issue? The only reason they get two stars is because Victor is so unbelievably polite and professional. Wish the mechanics were as capable at their job as he is.
