I was later suggested other maintenance that could be done. There was no pressure. Overall was about 30 minutes without an appointment. I will return.

We take all of our vehicles here and when I went with my car in October, it was a good visit. Everyone was polite and I was in and out. I took my daughters car two weeks ago and I just assumed they were having an off day.. Everyone seemed disheveled and off their game. Service took forever and they had to come inside twice to ask me what I was there for after I had already talked to them outside when I arrived. Decided to give them another try and took my son’s car in since he’s home on college break. BIG MISTAKE. Someone forgot to put oil in after the oil change so I got about a mile from the shop and the car started shaking and making an awful noise. I had to get AAA to tow the car. My husband wouldn’t let me take it back there because he didn’t want them to mess it up any further. Do yourself a favor and take your vehicles somewhere else.

- QRquarius richardsonDec 10, 20251.0I went for an oil change yesterday my experience was Horrible when i arrived the young man didn’t ask me what kind of oil i wanted i was given the most expensive one then when they were done my glove department was left wide open with pieces on my seat …they came back to put it together i was confused on why they were in there in the first place and as im driving home i notice they did not reset my oil sensor the man told me to come back i live 45 min away ans i spent 2 hours there 🙄
