I only had an oil change scheduled, but I was in and out by 9:15 a.m., which was nice. I’ve been going to Mavis for a while now and have always had a good experience. The service is quick, efficient, and hassle-free. Definitely a place I’ll continue coming back to for future service.

I wasn't a priority. They had two and three employees standing around talking and smoking, with customers waiting for service in the lobby. I would not recommend this place.

I had to call corporate to request a different location fix the issue. When I told them it was broken, I was dismissed, told to “drive it for 20 miles” as they watched me and my kid get in the car and drive away after KNOWINGLY breaking parts of my car. Thankfully, they made it right after a week of back and forth. No discount, no refunds.
