Unacceptable experience. Bought tires through Amazon to have mounted at this location based on reviews. Had an appointment for 9am. They brought my truck in a little after 9, no problem. It took until after 2 pm to have 4 tires unmount, remounted and balanced. Again, didn't care because I understand places can get busy and backed up.
After getting my tires done, I noticed the passenger front had a slow leak. A few weeks go by and I finally get time to inspect it and assume I ran over a nail with my brand new tires. The problem was a sticker barcode was left on the bead of the tire causing the leak. I call them and after 3 attempts I'm told to come down and they'll handle it. They change my tire and tell me I'm good to go but CHARGE ME to fix their original mistake. As I'm driving home I realize with my TPMS monitor that they fixed the wrong tire and have to drive back. They did the driver side, not the passenger side. After waiting until closing time they take my truck back in and instead of taking the tire off the bead and removing the barcode (sticker) they put some sealant on it and send me on my way. It's 2 days later and my tire is still leaking in the same spot. I don't understand why they couldn't just remove it properly. Taking it somewhere else to have it fixed correctly. This was my first and last experience with this location.

Truly a disappointing morning at Mavis. I called yesterday to make an appt to get my tire plugged (nail in it). Steve offered me 9 or 9:30am, I chose 9:30. He confirmed it wouldn't take more than an hour - great! I got there at 9:30am and was told there was currently 1 tech on 3 tickets, and the next tech wouldn't be there until 10am. So I'm immediately confused as to why I would be scheduled to sit and wait for 30 minutes before someone is even able to help me. At 10:15am, after nothing has happened to my car at this point, I decide to get my keys and leave. I told the person at the counter that I couldn't wait that much longer, as I told the man yesterday the same thing. Not an apology, or any mention of an inconvenience this was. I understand having a busy, uncontrolled morning, but it just felt like if I hadn't gotten up, I'd be waiting without notice for hours. Better luck to their other customers!

Took my car here to get the brakes replaced. A few days later a brake related warning light popped up on my dash and my car would not accelerate over 10 mph. Called Mavis and explained the problem. They said they were with a customer and would call back. They never returned the call. I had it towed to the dealership. Apparently, the brake petal switch should have been adjusted at the time the brakes were installed. I won't be returning here.

I had a flat tire. I called the Mavis phone number. I was literally around the corner, they got me on immediately.
When I arrived, the gentleman told me (I didn't catch his name) That it showed I was coming in, but I was leaving my car. I never said that. But he didn't even flinch and he just told me it would be a wait. I didn't have an appointment took them about an hour to see the car fix the tire and when I gave them a little bit of grief, they gladly showed me exactly what was happening.. I highly recommend this place. Everybody was patient & having fun. Dillon was amazingly kind.

I arrived at Mavis at 9:40 a.m. for my 10:00 a.m. appointment. Despite arriving early, it took nearly two hours before my vehicle was even inspected, at which point I was told I needed two new tires—information I was already aware of. I immediately retrieved the tires and returned them to the shop, which took less than five minutes. After dropping the vehicle back off, I followed up around 2:00 p.m. regarding the status of my service and was informed that my car still had not been placed on the alignment lift. This delay is unacceptable given the scheduled appointment time and the extended duration my vehicle has been in your possession without service being performed.
