I got a tire rotation, balance and wheel alignment during my visit. After I left I noticed the steering wheel was turned to the left even though I was going straight. I went back the next day and they apologized and fixed the issue for me. Again, the employees were very helpful and friendly and made the experience worth it. And they have a free air machine outside of their shop. One minor issue to note is their appointment making on their website. I made my appointment for 9am but did not get work started until after 1030. I'm not sure if it was because of staffing issues, people in front of me, or something else, but just be prepared to not hold 100% to that appointment time. All things considered, not a big deal though.

They recommended she replaced all four tires along with her rear rotors and brakes. She also asked for an oil change. On Thanksgiving day while driving the car it was struggling to shift into gears, jerking while in drive and in reverse. Smoke began coming from her rear brakes. On the Friday after Thanksgiving she attempted to drive the car to Mavis and the car broke down. She contacted Mavis and informed them the car would be towed to them. After 10-15 mins of looking at the car they claimed they (1) drained the oil (2) she was low on coolant and (3) it was the tow truck driver fault. Clearly Mavis could see the car was not able to be driven. Yet advised me to take it to the dealer because now it was low on transmission fluid. The car broke down in tow to the dealership and I opted to have the car towed back to Mavis. Mavis has had my car for almost two days now with no response or updates with what is going on
