If you’re looking for an auto body shop I would recommend you keep looking unless you want your vehicle gone for a ridiculous amount of time and over charged. It took more than a month to pop a dent in the bumper and replace a running board. They ordered the wrong part first which added over two weeks. They over charged for the running boards twice what they cost and only installed one side even tho they are sold in pairs. Why not just install both?? Megan was pretty useless if you get her expect to be disappointed. She wanted me to pay my deductible even tho the truck wasn’t finished because they ordered the wrong parts. I declined to take my vehicle home then because of that. A week later she said I could pick up without paying since it was going to be at least another week. Also took a few weeks to get an appointment to get my vehicle inspected then when I showed up for my appointment she spent less then 60 seconds to take a few pictures and spent less then another minutes talking to me. Overall I was very disappointed with my experience with Gerber Collision and don’t recommend them. I used Caliber on Main Street and they were great but my insurance didn’t have them listed this time. More then 2 months in total waiting to get my very minor vehicle repaired, completely unacceptable!! Lesson learned avoid this place.

The collision repair was like new. It took an extra week for the repair, but that was because they found more damage to be repaired and had to order the parts.

10/10 body shop! Zach and his team were amazing through my whole experience with them. The writer communicated with me every step of the repair. The paint matched flawlessly and body lines were straight. Will go to these guys for all of my vehicles.

If you’re reading the reviews and feeling hesitant—trust your gut and take your business elsewhere. I’d give 0 stars if I could.
After hitting a deer, I brought my car to Gerber (through my insurance) for bumper and grille repair. I was told the repair would take about a week—not an issue, I was patient.
A little over a week later, they called me to pick it up. When I arrived, it was obvious the paint didn’t match, the bumper wasn’t properly replaced, and clips were loose or missing. I left the vehicle for them to “make it right.”
Two weeks later: same story. The correct bumper was finally installed, but the paint still didn’t match and other issues were unresolved. At first, the mechanic insisted it matched because they “used an expensive camera”—then admitted it didn’t.
In total, my car was in their shop for 6 weeks before they finally got it right. I will never return, and I strongly suggest others avoid this location if you value your time, money, and vehicle.
