  Never even made it past the estimate phase of things so I can’t speak to their craftsmanship but the lack of customer care up front was disheartening. Made an online appointment for a free estimate as per advertised. To be told “we are far too busy to deal with that minor work” and then passed off to a local mom and pop before even getting in the door was probably a blessing in disguise. I guess not everyone’s money spends the same 🤷‍♂️ Edit and response to the Gerber reply- I have already spoken to someone from there (not sure why you say they’re attempting to reach me) and they apologized and recanted. Too little too late! Offered to take care of it and do estimate himself but I had already moved on to another place that took great care of me

  Took my truck here for a simple door and fender. After months and numerous trips out there to pick it up, still not good. First time there it looked like a 3rd grader put it back together and had wind and water leaking through the door seal. Brought it back and the bent the top of the door to get door to seal, causing the window regulator to go out, and creased the fender trying to get it to line up. After numerous months and trips and time off work to pick it up they left half of the plugs in the door unplugged…. I already had things lined up to trade the thing in. I got so tired of this place I literally traded my truck so I wouldn’t have to deal with them anymore…. Find a 5th grader who will repair your car better.

  We had an appointment and we were a little late so we called. They said to bring the car in it’s ok. So we drove all the way there just for them to say we had to reschedule. Why the heck didn’t you say that when we called???? What was the point of telling us to come in if you were just going to turn us away. I guess we need to find a different company to do business with.

  Took my car to be fixed after some construction debris smashed the bumper of my new car. My car was repaired faster than I expected and the replacement bumper looks good as new. The technician even took the time to transfer the decepticon logo from my old bumper to my new one. It's small silly things like this that makes a difference between just completing a job vs. caring about the quality of the work completed. All the electronics, radar, camera, etc., work perfectly and I have run into no problems so far. The whole experience was easy, professional and friendly. Based on my experience, I would definitely recommend Gerber Collision and Glass of Summerville should you need repairs to your vehicle.
