The man I spoke with not only told me yes, but helped book my appointment for today, and said it would be done by the end of the day. I dropped my car off, and I was told that they couldn’t find an appointment for me in the system, but that they would be able to get it in an done by the end of the day. I’m in a Lyft, halfway home, and the store manager calls to tell me that they won’t even be able to touch my car until MONDAY OR TUESDAY? This is absolutely unacceptable and a waste of money on my end.

I was driving by and had my son pull in to get my oil changed. Pulled in spoke with Jacob and from the moment he spoke it was a breath of fresh air. Jacob was absolutely awesome, respectful, knowledgeable, mentioned of cost up front that really impressed me, let me know my filter needed some attention to checked a price on it sold me on it. I will let everyone know where to go if the want great customer service, great price and a smile. Thank you JACOB you areawesome I will be requesting you again.
