  They really are the best, and their customer service is unmatched. When I picked up my rental car today, another customer’s toddler was having an absolute meltdown. Summerville Enterprise team to the rescue! They were ready with toy cars and snacks. Even their pickiest, tantrum-throwing tiny customer left with a smile on his face.

  I had to take my daughter from SC to NY start her last year of college and then come back to SC. On the way back home to SC there was a slight issue with my original vehicle i noticed and being a car guy i didn't want to cause further damage to whatever was wrong so i searched for the closest Enterprise to where i was located and even tho I was exhausted I managed to find the only Enterprise open at the time which was 45+mins back north from which I just came once I got to Arlington Enterprise they gladly swapped me out into another vehicle I was so impressed at how I was treated as a valued customer and rapid customer service I left a nice tip the worker refused to accept until I forced it lol, then I was comped a extra day because I still had not slept in over 50hrs and wouldn't make my initial return time which was amazing grace because I was beat lol. But overall I loved my experience with Enterprise as a whole and will always us them and only refer them to anyone in need of a rental though my trip had a hiccup you guys were amazing in aiding me along my hectic trip. I want to thank Jacob at summerville Enterprise for everything and all of the Enterprise team I also want to that the Enterprise team at Arlington Airport Enterprise they were the best and literally swapped me and my fiancé into a new vehicle in less than 15 mins. You guys literally are the best and I will stay a loyal valued customer for many more years. Keep up the great work you guys yall are truly the best hands down 👌 A++ Rating

  Fantastic staff! They truly make up for where enterprise lacks. They were so polite , friendly , professional and eager to help! The guy who helped me rent a car I believe his name was JB and the other gentleman was Riley. Great guys! Made everything flow so smoothly. They kept us smiling the whole time. The young lady who came from behind the glass to help me return the vehicle since they were super busy on my return day was absolutely amazing! I’m kicking myself for not asking for her name. Anyway. Great team great service great experience. Will definitely rent from here again and recommend.
