Victoria and Marc were absolutely outstanding. Victoria went above and beyond, even calling the insurance company herself to make sure I got a vehicle big enough for three car seats (because no one should have to play SUV Tetris: Toddler Edition). Marc and the rest of the team were just as awesome, from picking me up and dropping me off at Alves Collision to keeping everything smooth and stress-free. Every employee I interacted with, even those helping other customers, ran things like a well-oiled machine. It was honestly impressive to watch. Corporate should use this branch as the training model for what great service looks like. It’s not often a rental car experience leaves you wanting to leave a review, but this one absolutely did. Five stars all day long!
