  Let me just say first THANK YOU VICTORIA!!!!!!!!! I was having the HARDEST time getting a rental. No place would work with me, I was getting mix information, and the nastiest attitudes. I was so desperate for a rental just so I can move a few things to South Carolina. My former coworker told me to come to this location instead. Bought my plane ticket and let me tell you ..,…….. BEST DECISION I EVER MADE. I was so drained and defeated and I swear I could cry writing this. Victoria was such a blessing in disguise and so much help. She was willing to work with me and give me more accurate and helpful information on renting cars. Nobody else would help me and she did and was very informative . I will always appreciate her service and will DEFINITELY be renting from this location again if necessary. Thank you again Victoria and enterprise is so lucky to have you.

  Everybody was absolutely amazing. Yvette at the trolley road store in Summerville, was a godsend. I found myself on the side of the road and I needed to provide a copy of my rental contract. I was not given one in Store. Miss Yvette, when I called her told me it was in my email. She even volunteered to stay on the phone with me until the traffic stop was over. That level of concern and care goes beyond customer service. I am so grateful for her. When I had to return the vehicle, I made sure to seek her out to give her a hug and tell her thank you so much. I will definitely rent from enterprise again on trolley.

  Was hung up on when I called them out On trying To scam Me and other ppl don’t come here for tell you it’s 70 $ for a vehicle then you wait TIL our there to charge your card over 400$ deposit

  I had such a great experience here. I was worried about one of the rental tires, but Tim told me to come in and they handled it right away. They put me in a new Nissan and even called to follow up. The girl receptionist (I'm so sorry, I cant remember her name) and Tim were both so kind and professional. Thank you for making everything so easy!

  I was blamed for damage that I did not do. I had to jump through so many hoops to prove my case and tell my story over and over. Finally I was not held responsible for the damage. The enterprise office did not do a proper walk around with me. I was told to leave the rental at the body shop but not told I was responsible for the car until an enterprise employee picked it up, three days later. By not following a simple process, I was put in a very uncomfortable position.
