  I absolutely love the customer service and friendliness at the Nexton office! Everything is quick and easy, and the vehicles are always clean. They truly deserve a team lunch or some recognition for their fantastic work!

  Charged me for an extended rental fee that should have been charged elsewhere without prior notice of removing almost $200 from my account. Very dissatisfied with this lack of communication.

  The assistant manager Ms Bailey was great. My family and I had a minor issue with the car we rented. I expressed to Ms Bailey my concerns. She immediately took action and rectified the issue. I was so appreciative of her response and feedback. She was very helpful and had great customer service. I will be returning . Thanks again Ms Bailey!!

  I cannot say enough great things about my experience with Enterprise, especially because of Bailey and Garrett. When my vehicle was unexpectedly not available, what could have easily turned into a stressful and frustrating situation was handled with professionalism, efficiency, and genuine care.
