I have never encountered such an outpouring of help EVER from any auto establishment, much less one that sells parts. These people put everything they could into making me mobile again. It was stunning, and I will never be able to express my gratitude. They went above and beyond ANY expectations. For an elderly person with virtually no car knowledge, these things can feel overwhelming so it means so much that they were supportive and encouraging the whole time. --and a BIG shout out to Greg from the... uh-oh... Nexton branch? --or was it Carnes Crossroads? You see? Elderly memory. I wish I had posted this sooner so I'd have had a better chance of remembering. --but hopefully, those who should will catch this. He was wonderful! --and I will NEVER FORGET AutoZone. That's the most important part. Y'all are the CHAMPS!!

Unfortunately, I didn’t realize it until after I had left the store. Thankfully, the store manager was very friendly and quickly resolved the issue. Just a reminder to always double-check your items before leaving. Not sure how used products ended up being sold, but it’s something to be aware of.
