  I went to the Leonard outfitters on Asheville Hwy in Spartanburg. I picked up a cover for my Nissan truck (a tri-fold undercover) and paid over $1200.00 for it. It was an easy install and I was excited about my new cover and it looked great after I got it put on. But then it rained. My tools all got wet (including a very expensive fluke meter) because the factory seals on the panels were not installed correctly (or at all) from undercover. This is an integral seal from undercover that I had nothing to do with. I went to the Leonard Shelby store and they took pictures and verified that the cover has a defect. I returned the cover to the Spartanburg store and they advised that the district manager would have to approve the refund (only had it for 7 days). So I waited about a week and called back to check the status of my refund. I was told that they will not refund my cover because they did not install it (I have been a automotive mechanic for almost 40 years). The district manager called me back and will not refund my money or let me change to a different brand of cover. This is terrible customer service for a company to not stand behind the product that they sell. My company spent over 10,000 dollars with them last year, but this is the last time that I will ever deal with Leonard again. The district manager did not seem to even care when I told him how much we spend with them. Absolutely the worst customer service of any company that I have dealt with.

  Top notch!!! These guys did an amazing job with my spray in bedliner and new tool box. I do not expect such perfect results on the over the rail spray liner but I don’t think you could have gotten more perfect. If you want perfect professional results choose Joe Cruisers-Leonard Truck Outfitters. The cost was also very very reasonable.

  We took our brand new Ford 450 Platinum Plus truck to get a bed liner. They took our gooseneck hitch, which had grease on it, and threw it in the front seat of the brand new truck. After much scrubbing we got most of it out of the leather. They obviously do not care about your vehicle. I do not recommend any one to take their vehicle here.
