  The customer service made everything quick and easy. It was very hectic on the rental day however the 2 guys working the front effectively caused the experience to be without hassle as they quickly provided the rental as they were waiting for rentals to come in .

  The employee at the counter sent us to GSP Airport, saying there would be more options available there. So we drove all the way there, only for the staff at GSP to tell us: “Yes, they always send people here without calling ahead or checking with us, and then we have to tell them we’re fully booked.” The woman at the counter was very unfriendly. Just a small reminder: the people who come to your office are not there every day, may not be from the area, and don’t automatically know what information you need. When renting a car for a significant amount of money, it’s reasonable to expect that staff can communicate in full sentences rather than just throwing out single words like “phone number.” Overall, the behavior was simply disrespectful.

  Excellent customer service and the respect their customers and go above and beyond any other company . The Team at the Asheville Hwy location is the best I have ever worked with. They went above and beyond what any other company would do . They were respectful and polite . The treated me as a person not just a customer or a number . I was addressed by name and actually asked how I was today . I also received an email the next day after renting the vehicle asking if everything was going well and if I had any issues and an actual name to respond to not a generic email or a unmanned email but his personal work email address . To actually be able to get a person that actually cares and would actually respond back quickly to any issues. I have never gotten that from any other company . And from now on will not do business with any other company than Enterprise car rentals and they even have pickup trucks available everything from compact to SUV and pickup trucks available no reason to go anywhere else in my opinion. They have it all and great customer service and support. Gentleman I thank you all for what you did to get me on my way with a great vehicle and excellent service. A Job Well Done.
