  Went there last Sunday for a routine carwash. About halfway through my car gets caught in the conveyor for a second then keeps going forward. When I got out I heard a little loud rubbing noise against the tire. Turns out the inner left fender got caught on the conveyor and got tore up. I had to remove my left front tire there to remove the fender and drive home. The employee there was nice enough to help me fill out a claim but about 4 days later they called me saying there's nothing they can do. I've never had issues at car washes but now I know that if my car gets damaged they will do absolutely nothing about it. Had to replace the fender myself to protect my car from rain and debris. If something happens to your car there don't expect them to care or do anything about it. Definitely will not be returning.

  I went through there yesterday and informed them that they would have to wash off the back because the car washes never get a place in the back of my car. They assured me that they always wiped off the back and the front before it went through the car wash. they barley touched the front and sprayed the back - not wiped it off. I went through the car wash and got out to look and of course there it was the spot on the back that the car washes never get. I told the girl and she said we wiped it off and i said you missed the spot i told you about. I said look at it. she would not even look at it. She told me I could go through again and I asked her if she would wipe it off first and she proceeded to tell me she did the first time and would not do it again. Worst two girls I have ever seen running a business. They sucked as far a customer service. Concerned Customer but only once!!

  Wash is horrible. Missed the entire passenger side of my car. They gave me a free rehash and it didn't help at all. The vacuums are terrible. I will never use this Wash again. There are too many others in the area that are better.

  I went to this car wash today for the first and LAST time! This was the worst experience of a car wash I've ever had. I choose the $30 wash, and I don't expect a professional detail from these drive thru washes. However, I do expect at the very least finger prints, and soap scum to be removed. Once I drove over to the vacuum area, which in it's self was a cluster. The space was so tight, I had to share it with someone that spent the time with the door open on the phone and I couldn't open my door there, there were no cloths, and no cleaners. They were bringing a hand full of cloths out to split between a couple of areas at a time. Once I realized I still had soap, and mud, along with other stuff stuck to my car, I contacted the lady at the pay area. She said "you can wipe it down yourself or I can pressure wash it". Well of course I just paid to have it washed, so I opted for the pressure wash. At the same time a man behind me yelled he needed to go back through because his car still had soap all over his car. She told him it was broken and if it wasn't repaired noone was going through. Now, in my mind, I'm thinking at this point a refund to us would have been sufficient so that we could have gone somewhere else. But I pulled up to the wash area, after about 30 seconds of her spraying my car, she calls a young guy over. I'm assuming he's the manager. At which time he hits the sprayer for a few seconds and walks over to my window, and holds his thumb up. I asked him, did he get my car clean. He said there's mudd and stuff on it that's not coming off. So, I say so basically I'm going to have to go somewhere else to get it washed, and his reply was yes. So, save your money folks, don't got to this place.
