He immediately pulled me in, looked under the truck and confirmed that I have a leak and that it is most likely that I need a valve cover gasket. Both Diego and the young lady chatted with me about it, showed me evidence of a leak and even gave mechanic suggestions. This was a great experience and the kind customer service definitely calmed my nerves!
