- WOWhitney OsborneJan 2, 20261.0I went in to simply address a squeaky wheel. They took a look at it and proceeded to tell me I needed rear brakes, a flush, rear rotors and rear calipers. I was charged almost $1200. As a woman I guess I don’t know much about cars and am trusting but I got several other quotes and they were astonished. Not only that but my wheel started squeaking again 2 days later the issue I went in for. After basically calling them out on the situation they agreed to a refund of $300. I highly suggest you do not go here.

They did inspect my car and determine that I need a new tire rods and new tires before they could really do the alignment due to the alignment not being able to hold if the tire rods are shaken as much as they were it was really nice and helpful for him to explain that to me before they did an alignment I paid for and would have to come back and get another one Soon. He also recommended a place for me to get used tires so I really appreciate Blake for that. they were super fast super nice people.

Vito had us in and out in less than 30 minutes for a flat tire while we were 6 hours from home and 30 minutes from visiting family. The sense of urgency he and his team treated our problem with made it clear they valued our time and is choosing to get our tire repaired by them. We’re so appreciative or the increasingly rare quality, caring, professional service we received!
- RSRobert StewartDec 26, 20255.0Mavis was wonderful to us! We were on the road traveling over Christmas break when our Pilot's shaking at 70mph became unbearable. We found them on Google with high rating (4.8) and we took a chance. They realize we were on vacation and worked us in immediately to see if they could do any thing quick for us even though they had several cars in bay. They recognized that the core problem was that the struts were shot and that putting new tires are rebalancing would not do anything to help us. They rotated the tires so that they would be a little more comfortable ride with instructions to get the struts replaced and possibly sway bars replaced before purchasing new tires and getting them aligned and balanced. They were so kind and understanding and they charged us nothing for their inspection! Amazing. I would recommend them highly!
