    I got in a wreck and my insurance led me to enterprise to rent a car. The interior smelt terribly of smoke, so bad I had to keep the windows rolled down while I drove it or else I would suffocate. My husband and I aren’t smokers and after being in that car for less than 3 hours, we’re both having coughing fits and scratchy throats that we didn’t have before riding in that car.

    I have been an Enterprise Rental car patron for years. Remembering when Enterprise used to go out of their way to accommodate customers by picking them up, dropping off cars, and even forwarding them on to their ultimate destination following drop off? I guess things have changed. As I witnessed a branch in Spartanburg, SC perform at an unbelievable pace with minimal staffing. Mike, Ben and the entire staff at Spartanburg Enterprise Rental cars deserve acclamation of practical heroism for their abilities to juggle multiple tasks and customers at the same time. Absolutely REMARKABLE ☝️ 🙏 💯
