I was prepared to wait, but they fit me in quickly & upgraded me to an SUV. Unfortunately the vehicle smelled strongly of fragrance that I later realized was covering up cigarette smell. I called to them once I arrived home & they went above & beyond to drive 40 minutes one way to deliver me another SUV. This kind of service is rare & very much appreciated. It makes you feel good knowing there are still so many good people in the world trying to do right.
