  Great place to rent a car if you like being talked down to by the guy at the counter. Especially when the only reason you are there is because the one on Asheville hwy messed up your reservation to begin with. No for me this wasn't good so I didn't rent a car today

  I’m a longtime Enterprise customer and generally have good experiences, which is why this one stood out. I had a morning reservation for a truck. I mistakenly went to the Asheville Hwy location first — that part was on me. The employee there was polite, explained my reservation was actually at the East Blackstock location, and even offered to rent me a car on the spot if I wanted. I chose to Uber to the correct location instead, assuming the truck would be ready there. When I arrived at the East Blackstock location, I was told by a Black American woman there were no trucks and no cars available until the next day, despite my reservation being for that morning. I was told someone had tried to call me, but no call came through to the number on the reservation. I didn’t raise my voice or cause a scene. I simply stepped aside and called Enterprise customer service to see if another nearby location (including the airport) might have availability, since I needed a vehicle for work that day. After waiting about 10 minutes without a callback, I decided I’d return to the original location and take whatever was available. Only after I called the East Blackstock location to let them know I was heading back did the situation suddenly change. I was then greeted differently, my birthday was mentioned (after my ID had already been taken earlier), and a truck was suddenly available, despite being told shortly before that nothing was available at all. I’m not making accusations, but the sequence of events was confusing and left me feeling uncomfortable and disrespected. The communication was inconsistent, and the experience lacked professionalism. To be clear: the truck itself was fine, and I still prefer Enterprise overall. However, I will not rent from this particular location again.

  Blackstock Rd in Spartanburg SC location is the best. Never have any issues.

  Enterprise the best car rental company of all time! They go above and beyond for their customers and if there’s any kind of mistake or confusion, they corrected it. Have I encountered mishaps yes, but I will still choose Enterprise over any other rental company. I can trust the vehicles that I rent from Enterprise.

  I accumulated 11,800 points in rewards, but I can't use them because I'm blocked,( dnr) for unknown reasons. I feel like I have been a very good customer being that I have spent over $12,000 in the last 8 months, but you placed me on the 'do not rent' list so I can't use my rewards. I owed $130 for ONE week. At the time of payment, i was charged double. It took ONE week to be reimbursed the $130 i was overcharged, so we should be even. One representative told me I was placed on the list due to not honoring a promised payment, which is a lie. How do you rack up over 11k points if you owe money.. Since I'm not able to use my rewards, how will i be reimbursed?
