  To add the my last review, upon checking my bank account the $130 DID NOT fall off and was actually debited from my account. So that mean NOW I have to wait 2 to 3 more days for my money to be returned. So Sereena lied to me about the money falling off back into my account. She actually took the money out as a debit and not a ach hold, so did the system. I would really need my money back today, but I dont see that happening 😕 This is so messed up!!!

  ONE BAD APPLE will spoil the bunch. Sereena McQueen at the East Blackstock location in Spartanburg, SC took money from my bank account after me telling her enterprise automated system has been trying to take the money since I returned the vehicle, that I did not have avaliable. Common sense should have told her NOT to manually take the money since the system had already been trying everyday. Upon trying get my new reservation, I realize my money is short because double payment was taken, Sereena realized she made a big mistake that caused my account to be short for my new reservation. She called her area manger who then places me on a DNR (do not rent) to justify her negligence. They lied and told me because I owed money ($130) for a week, the system put me on the dnr, which is a lie because the system would not allow me to reserve online using all my creditials if I was already on the dnr list. This is so sad considering I have spent well over $12,000 on rentals since February. 😢 I had the rental reserved for something very important I had to do. All because they didnt want to honor me for being a loyal customer to make an employee look good. This is the second time Sereena took money from my account. She does not know what's she doing and she needs more training. The supervisor should not be allowed to supervise for making her lie to me. A customer noticed her going outside to talk to her supervisor and asked "why she keep going outside to talk?" Once, I went back home and tried to reserve a rental, I couldn't because the supervisor placed me on a dnr that day. From my understanding from renting from enterprise for about 20 years, you get placed on 'dnr' for NONE PAYMENT. they put me on the 'dnr' list for making a payment is wild, and sad they would humiliate me in a lobby full of people just to justify their mistakes. Sereena came back happy go lucky to tell me im on a dnr list, and she couldnt honor my reservation, which this is not why we are HERE. I said what does that have to do with my money you took anyway!? She says "oh uuugghh it will automatically fall back into my account after "pending status" which will take days. So, now and I not ONLY out of a vehicle to drive, my money is also gone. Smh! I do not recommend dealing with Sereena McQueen at this location because she lacks knowledge, doesn't know what she's doing and will swipe your card quick quick! This is so wrong on many levels. After being a loyal commited and great customer to enterprise, I should not have been treated this way. Im disgusted, humiliated, on the dnr list and out of $130 because of Sereena's incompetence.

  I was picked up at the Body Shop by Enterprise. Rented a car and when the work was completed Enterprise picked the car up at the Body Shop. This is always so helpful. Thank You.

  Excellent customer service. Efficient, in and out. Great car selection. Give this location a try. Located of interstate. Reserve on line and pick up. Thanks team enterprise. You guys go above and beyond, for customer satisfaction. Serena 10 stars.
