Today, it was turned over to Justin. But, he hasn't returned my call yet. I put 10% down on a TT trusting this was a done deal. If someone from the Spartanburg branch did follow-up and finalize our purchase, I would've given a 5-Star. No one was rude or disrespectful but I'm frustrated at no response. I'm on travel tomorrow for a funeral and won't be able to sign anything now until Saturday on the purchase. Hope it's not sold to someone else.

Jayco (builders of RV and motorhomes alike) certified with a clear and calm demeanour ready to fulfill the needs of what you're looking for in a motorhome or RV. Showed me the stock and allowed me to check the full functionality (ex-diesel mechanic) so I can be satisfied with what I'm looking for. I didn't strike a deal that day but the customer service was impeccable. Large selection of everything you'll need for you RV, motorhome or camper needs, in-house. He even followed up with me after I declined from the offer of the unit I was interested in. Kudos Daryll, keep up the great work. Satisfied!
- MWMichael WadeFeb 16, 20261.0My husband and I found a 2020 Forrest River Flagstaff at the Spartanburg location that we absolutely loved. We made and appt to view this camper and loved it even more. When we started talking finances I let the salesmen know we had a monthly budget we had to meet. He didn’t hesitate to to tell us that it wouldn’t happen. They ran a preliminary quote and weren’t even close. They included a “let’s go camping” fee that required the purchase of items for the camper totaling around $500 but when we Amazon searched those same items it was about $175. We decided to get lunch and run the numbers and concluded we just couldn’t get there in our budget. On our way to lunch we passed by Optimum RV. After calling our camping world sales guy to see if anything more could be done (and he said no) we went to Optimum and worked with a wonderful salesperson, Stephen, and he not only got us to our payment but got us into a brand new 2026 Forrest River Puma! We heard a lot of negative things about camping world and I guess it was all true. So, if you’re looking for a good deal with good people, go see Stephen at Optimum RV in Spartanburg!

I've been in sales most of my life and this is NOT how to earn my business. #1 They wanted my driver's license just to talk to a salesperson. You don't need it. #2 The salesperson I got had no understanding/knowledge of a C Class with 4 wheel drive. C'mon Man!!! Guess what the internet says about you guys is true. Sad.
