Michael helped me get a battery for my car and installed it for me. He was soooo helpful and understanding. It was his first day back at work from having surgery and HE STILL WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me out. I couldn't say enough good things about him. I asked this gentleman for help and he ask me what kind of engine I had. I told him I wasn’t sure, I had to check my engine. He could’ve helped instead he rolled his eyes. Too bad I didn’t catch his name. The only thing I remember is him wearing a big ring.
