- WAWendy ArbogastFeb 6, 20265.0Jonathan Mabry was an absolute delight! I was out with my daughter servicing my 82 year old father’s vehicle. He needed new windshield wiper blades and we thought maybe a new battery. Jonathan greeted us outside as he was running some sort of test on a vehicle for another customer and already started with us as we were walking into the store. His vehicle showed 3 different size batteries and Jonathan studied our current battery and matched us with the right one. He even suggested an anti corrosion kit to help pro long the battery. He was balancing three or four different tasks at once and still managed to install the wipers and battery on my father’s vehicle in under 15 minutes! Very professional and very kind young man that made this visit such a pleasure! Advanced Auto will be our new home for any auto services moving forward with this high quality of service! Thank you so much Jonathan!

On our way home noticed our battery was very weak and went to have it tested at this location. Jonathan greeted us and calmed us down assuring us that it was just our battery and not our alternator! Needless to say he picked out the correct battery and installed it all within 10 minutes and we were already back on the road! He also showed us how to honor our warranty at the Advanced stores back home even though we are from out of state! Unbelievable service that turned a disaster of a day into such a more manageable one, 10/10 would no doubt recommend to anyone! Thank you!!!!!!

The clerk was outside when i pulled up, He held the door for me and said welcome come on in the house lol. He asked if i needed help with anything, but all i needed was some oil. He walked me over and after i got what i wanted he even took the time to verify it was the correct stuff on the computer instead of just ringing me up and sending me on the way. I truly believe the guy cares and enjoys his job.

Their warranty department is an complete Trainwreck. They do their very best trying not to cover anything under warranty and good luck with any labor for a defective part . They need a few ruthless lawyers to teach them a lesson. My advice to anyone with automobile problems is to stay clear from this place. The company is just worthlessjunk.
