    I have always used Advance Auto for my cars needs from brakes, headlight bulbs and filters including everything else. This location has always helped me find what I need with excellent customer service however yesterday was my breaking point the staff and one in particular has caused me to decide I will never go back to this location. I went in yesterday to purchase a cabin filter short and sweet right, wrong! The woman first doesn't know about the car parts as she pretends to and must receive a commission to sell you the most expensive product possible. I went in knowing what I needed and the cost of the filter she looks it up tells me there is only 2 choices both over $25.00 then tells me only have one in stock and it's the most expensive one they sell almost $30.00!! I continue to tell her I just looked it up the one I wanted was around $15.00. This woman tells me that's only online! No it's not every store has them starting at $5.00 anyone can go to advance auto and look for themselves. I was already sick and was tired so my dumb self bought a $30.00 air filter!! She has done this to me before about a month ago when I went in to buy locking lug nuts she didn't even know what it was until Thankfully a young gentleman who worked there helped me or I would've been paying $100.00 for a set of lug nuts I only paid $40.00 for set with the key. This older woman is going to cost Advance Auto alot of business her knowledge of products and attitude is unacceptable I will be going to a different store it's not the same as it used to be which is sad!!!!

    I had the worst experience with this store. First of all they sold me a defective battery. I purchased a $300 battery with a work discount paid a little of$200. They stated they could not put it in because of where my battery is located. I really should not have purchased it, because I feel like if I pay that much for a battery they should have someone that is able to put it in. It is called Advanced Auto! I was in a bind so I purchased it anyway. I had my brother in law and nephew put it in for me in the parking lot. The battery turned out to be defective. We just had an ice storm, My car would not crank. I took the battery back and they would not take the defective battery out of the car so I could get a new one!! I don’t fell that is right!! The customer service here stinks!!! I will never ever purchase anything from this company again!! They did not help me!!! Please make sure your battery is tested before you sell it to a customer!! No matter what your policy is. You should accommodate the customer if it is your fault!!
