  Strom and his staff, Logan and Nikole, went out of their way again, 2 yrs after he came to my rescue and helped me get financed for a car while in a chapter 13, and now that it is over, he helped get me with Logan who together with Nikole helped get me into my new 2026 Seltos which i absolutely love. He is a man of his word; he definitely is there for the customer. I will never shop anywhere else, he has my business for life

  Chris B took such good care of my family when needing to purchase a new vehicle. He was kind, very knowledgeable, and we enjoyed walking around and looking at our options with him. He answered all my questions and made the process painless. If you are in the market for a Kia, we recommend Stokes and ask for Chris! Finance was a breeze and they have a beautiful show room to hang out in.

  I purchased a brand new 2027 Kia Telluride in February 2026 and in April 2026 I noticed the vehicle not wanting to stay in drive my husband also smelled transmition fluid, I make an apt with the service department when I arrive, they are telling me because the vehicle is brand new they need me to drop the car off for a few days, No problem but can't accommodate me in a larger vehicle and all they have are small car rentals (I have 3 car seats) and the only rental cars they have are a kia soul and a small car, I am not asking for another brand new car, but something that can fit my kids safely in a vehicle, This doesn't work for someone who has 3 kids and I purchased a larger car for the reason of all 3 of my kids need to be in a car seat. This is a brand new car I should already have issues after 2 months of purchasing it. I should have never switched from Hyundai 10 years and never had this issue, Don't mind dropping my car off but accommodate with a larger vehicle compared to what I am currently driving. I am not comfortable driving my 3 kids in a car that has issue and something happening. This is the worst customer service I have experienced. if you are thinking of switching I wouldn't especially if you are a family.

  Best car buying experience I have ever had!!! Chris was absolutely amazing to work with. He answered every question with grace and stayed patient when I pivoted a million times. He is not pushy by any means. It’s easy to see why he is the number 1 salesmen almost every month. Strom helped us with my deal personally and I can not say enough good things about him. He is honest, fair and all around a great businessman! THIS is the place to buy your car. Recommending to all of my family and friends 🤍

  If I could give Stokes Kia zero stars, I absolutely would. This was one of the most frustrating and dishonest car-buying experiences I’ve ever had. I walked in with a valid pre-approval, ready to buy a vehicle that day—no games, no uncertainty. Instead of honoring that, I was told to my face that I was “denied.” That was completely false. Not only was it false, but it was clearly said to try and control the deal. After leaving, I received official documentation confirming that I was, in fact, APPROVED. The real issue? The dealership didn’t like the terms of my approval. Instead of being upfront and honest, they chose to mislead me and attempt to push me into their own financing options. They tried to pressure me into putting down $8,000 and made it seem like that was my only path forward. Let’s be clear—that wasn’t about helping me, that was about maximizing their profit. At no point did they act in the customer’s best interest. This wasn’t a misunderstanding. This was intentional, manipulative behavior designed to steer me away from my own financing and into something that benefited them more. That’s not how a reputable dealership operates. I came in ready to make a purchase, and they lost a guaranteed sale because they chose dishonesty over transparency. That says everything you need to know about how they do business. If you value honesty, transparency, and being treated with basic respect—take your business somewhere else. You don’t lie to customers and expect to earn their money. Do better.
