  Shaun Miller did an excellent job helping me get into my new Kia K4. From the start, he was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on making the process smooth and stress-free. He took the time to answer all my questions, explain the features of the vehicle, and made sure I felt confident in my decision.   Had a really nice encounter and experience yesterday at Kia with Chris B. Met me at the door and showed me options for exactly what I was looking for. We took a test drive, he was very down to earth and made me feel comfortable. He quickly was able to come up with different pricing options for me and got me approved. Andrew in financing was great as well and was very excited for me. I left that evening with something bigger and better for my family! 1 star removed for only filling me up with $20 of gas on a empty tank - come on GM!

  I visited Kia at Goose Creek, North Charleston, SC last night with my friend. The staff is amazing here. Everyone, including staff that are not personally involved with sales, greets you with a smile and ask if you are being helped. Let’s not forget about the car selection. Don’t think about leaving here without buying a car, if you do, you will be back! My next car will be from Stokes Kia dealership, Goose Creek, SC.

  I went into this dealership thinking I would not be able to buy a car because my credit wasn't the best; however, I ended the night buying a car I had my heart set on for the last two years. The staff at this dealership is amazing. As soon as I set foot on the lot, I was greeted. Everyone was so pleasant and respectful. I plan to recommend Kia at Goosecreek, South Carolina to everyone I know that wants to buy a car. I got to give a shout-out to my salesperson, Michael Tucker, he's the best. Thank you Kia at Goosecreek, SC for making my day. I am a proud owner of a Kia Telluride.

  I don't even know where to start, but for sure I won't ever purchase another Car from Stokes KIA in Goose Creek again ... from getting some "bad" information from the Sales Person then talking to the Finance Manager - worst experience ever purchasing a NEW Car in the USA. Couldn't pay CASH - been told then the Discounts wont apply. So I had to finance via Capitol Car Finance Company ... but guess what, the local KIAO Finance Manager missed some Stuff and when I wanted to pay off the Car it was almost US$ 4,000 more expensive than quoted. Also, 1 piece inside the Trunk, I been told, is NO longer provided - so I had to order and pay out of my Pocket ... this is like purchase a brand New Vehicle and one of the Parts is missing - so the Car was sold "incomplete" ... WOW WOW and WOW again Also I wrote a letter explaining my situation to the General Manager of the Local Dealership, never heard back ... GREAT Customer Service by a BAD Dealership and Management. I leave it at that ... hopefully they post this on their Website !!!
