I visited Stokes Kia and was warmly welcomed by Mr. Carlos White. I informed Carlos about the specific Kia I had in mind, and after searching together, we discovered that the car I wanted was not available on the lot. Nevertheless, Carlos promised to have the car brought in promptly. Two business days later, I received a call from Carlos informing me that my desired car had arrived and was ready for pick-up! Carlos made the entire process incredibly smooth and effortless, providing me with all the necessary details about the vehicle. I wholeheartedly recommend Stokes and Mr. Carlos for their exceptional service!

I don't leave a lot of reviews but I felt that I had to this time. Josh, the service manager at Stokes Kia is the best of the best. I have known this gentleman for several years since I've done business with Stokes Kia and he has never let me down, he has never dropped the ball. This guy is professional, friendly, and always makes me feel like he is genuinely interested in my automobile. I've taken my Kia to several places during the past few years but none of them can match Stokes Kia, and their top notch service manager, Josh!

I had a quick and pretty easy experience here buying my first new car! Shannon helped me find the exact Telluride I was looking for, quickly got the keys and we did a test drive. I loved and he quickly got the car detailed, floor mats installed, and parked up front for me. I didn’t have to wait long to head into the finance office to complete this process of buying a new car. Satisfied with my experience!

Service tried to charge us for a double payment of 280. Said oops she found the paper after almost scamming us. Had a blown engine that had the recall. My engine knocking they said compression 4. Went to start it froze the engine , now compression for cylinder 2. All but the blowed engine code they need to replace the recalled engine in my sorento. Don't believe their warranty either. Paid extra for the 100,000 got scammed. They say the recall falls under the warranty before the recalled engine issue kias have. Still hit with a 280 mechanic fee which she tried to get us to pay again. Go to the reputable one further north. All I saw on the counter was bills for exactly 280 a pop. Never buy a kia again. Go with toyota or Honda. Instead of these scam warranty services maybe just build a better automobile. Be carefull with feeling safe saying oh but I have a warranty and a recall on my engine so they have to take care of it. Courtney laughed at my wife when she asked the soonest it can be looked at, maybe tomorrow, she laughed at my wife and said 2 weeks. Very unprofessional and lack of knowledge people there not to mention the one when u call serice that has no clue whats going on so tranfer to Courtney. So don't buy a kia , especially am extended warranty to just get scammed of. Spoke to corporate also. Kia does not CARE. Just another one suckered in with there supposed great warranty. Car company is a joke scam and so is this place. If we were suckers we would have paid another 280. I worked in a dealership a few times so understand the games and scams they can play and you have no idea. Check your numbers, especially when buying. Go to a family run place like Automaxx.
