My wife and I were looking to move into a larger vehicle due to our family growing. We had heard the Kia Carnival is a great option and decided to drive on down to Stokes Kia to check one out. Fortunately, we met Bill Dockendorf who took us over to their line up of vehicles on the lot. He took the time to explain to us the differences in trim levels as well as the pros and cons between the 7 and 8 seat configurations. We were equally impressed by his no-pressure attitude that really made us more vested in him and the dealership!
The car we were upgrading from was being bought back by that manufacturer (not Kia), so we were waiting on receipt of that payment. Unfortunately, it took almost a month before all was said and done, but Bill went above and beyond to locate and arrange a dealer trade for the specific color, trim, seating option, and drive train that we were looking for!
I definitely recommend both Stokes Kia and Bill if you're in the market for a new vehicle!

I just bought a new Kia K4 from Shaun Miller. He was well informed on what he was selling, straight forward and upfront about what was available from the details given about what I was looking for, offered great service and entertainment while waiting on the finance step, was patient and helpful when it came to transferring my insurance, and knew about special and safe features that came with my car and app assistance. All around great service and support when purchasing. Thank you very much.

I’ve now had service here twice, and unfortunately both times I’ve experienced issues shortly after leaving. My most recent visit was just for an oil change on my Kia K5 GT-Line, and the very next day my car began shaking when accelerating something that was not happening prior to the service.
I went back in today to address the issue, but at this point I’ve lost confidence in the maintenance side of things. While the front desk staff is very kind and professional, the service work itself has been disappointing and stressful to deal with.
This will be my last time coming here. I’ll be taking my vehicle elsewhere moving forward, as I can’t risk continued issues after routine maintenance. I wouldn’t recommend this location for service based on my experience.

Originally from VA was visiting SC when I ran into transmission issues, team told me they could get me a diagnosis within a week, two weeks later still hadn't heard anything, and was essentially stuck in South Carolina for that period of time. Poor communication from service department, horrible attitude from service department lead/manager dale, good luck with this one. If you can avoid, go somewhere else
